We ship to 38 countries across three zones:

• Netherlands (Domestic): 2-5 business days
• European Union (26 countries): 5-10 business days
• International (13 countries): 7-21 business days

5.2 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect products

5.3 Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
