Refund policy

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
• If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative  
• Inspection: We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt
• Approval: Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days
• Bank Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account
